Delivery & Installation Information : (Large Domestic Appliances)

At Fitzgerald Electrical we are proud to continue to offer our renowned FREE delivery service. As this fantastic service is provided by our fleet of Fitzgerald Electrical delivery vans, it is limited to a 40km radius from our Kilmallock shop We will deliver your appliance for FREE and we aim for following day delivery where possible, the appliance is in stock & order is processed before 12pm.

For Tumble Dryers, Fridges, Freezers, Fridge-Freezers, Chest Freezers we provide the fantastic and very unique FREE service of disconnecting and removing your old appliance, delivering and installing your new appliance* and taking away all the packaging, ALL FOR FREE !!

For Washing Machines, Dishwashers and Washer Dryers which require installation to water inlet and outlet plumbing, we will deliver for FREE but, if you require installation, there is a small charge of €20.00 for plumbing connection installation carried out by our qualified trained technicians. (Installation charge includes disconnecting & removing of your old appliance, installing your new appliance and taking away all packaging) All of this incredible delivery service is carried out by our experienced team of trained installers from our shop in Kilmallock and is therefore limited to a maximum distance of 40km from our shop in Kilmallock).

For Electric Cookers, Built In Ovens and Built In Hobs which require a direct electrical connection, we will deliver for FREE but, if you require installation, there is a small charge of €30.00 for electrical connection installation carried out by our qualified trained technicians. (Installation charge includes disconnecting & removing of your old appliance, installing your new appliance and taking away all packaging) All of this incredible delivery service is carried out by our experienced team of trained installers from our shop in Kilmallock and is therefore limited up to a maximum distance of 40km from our shop inKilmallock.

If you are outside this radius and require a delivery, please contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate your requirements. Outside of this radius we have partnered with Caulfield Transport to offer a Nationwide Delivery Service for large domestic appliances, they will also collect your old appliance provided it is disconnected and ready for removal.

*Standard Installation Only: Our installation service applies to direct replacement installation only, i.e. your existing plumbing/ electrical connections must be of required standard. (We will disconnect & remove your old appliances and connect and install your new appliances provided your connections are sufficient, we will not re-wire or install new plumbing in your kitchen).

** Exemptions:

• Any Gas Products (Gas Cookers/ Gas Hobs): All Gas appliances are required by law to be installed by a qualified, registered gas installer ( your manufacturer’s warranty may also be affected if not). We have a list of local RGI Installers and are happy to refer you to someone in your area. This is a separate contract between you and the Installer and is not included in your purchase from Jack Fitzgerald Electrical.
• Integrated Appliances : We do not install integrated appliances (integrated dishwashers, integrates fridges/freezers, extractor hoods etc…. ) We can recommend a local installer/fitter to you, again this a separate contract between you and the installer and is not included in your purchase from Fitzgerald Electrical

Delivery Information : (Small Domestic Appliances)

If you purchase a Small Domestic Appliance from www.fitzgeraldelectrical.ie and are not availing of the ‘Click & Collect’ option, then your goods will be delivered by An Post Parcel Delivery Service , If you are not at home at the time of delivery An Post will leave a docket with instructions to collect at your local depot.
